Small Bugfixes
This fixes just a few small bugs, it does not add much content.
It is now impossible to miss the second cutscene. I also added a LOD system so that buildings far away are less detailed. You will probably not notice this as they are blurred anyway, but it does lead to a better framerate on older hardware like my laptop.
There also was a bug at the end where the names of the bots were not updated automatically after the last cutscene. It is now fixed, so when emulating humans they will immediately update the player HUD to show the new name and description.
Plans for the Future
I have a list of stuff I want to implement:
- more data points that explain the story
- different companion robot models
- ability to pet the robots
- a proper menu and settings screen
- more habitable areas to report, and some kind of interaction when reporting an area
- clearer guidance where to go
- a button to manually start the recharge process
